Some spray holes do not come out

Reason: Blocked nozzle channel, improper setting of nozzle working voltage, blocked ink cartridge, ink problem, improper negative pressure adjustment.

Solution: Press ink, rinse the nozzle with cleaning solution, adjust the working voltage, soak and ultrasonic clean the nozzle, replace high-quality ink, and adjust the negative pressure value

Blur

Color mismatch

Reason: Improper height of the car, excessive distance between the nozzle and the material, strong airflow affecting the accuracy of the inkjet landing point, poor ink absorption ability of the material, and lack of calibration of the nozzle.

Solution: Reduce the height of the car, avoid direct blowing of fans or air conditioning towards the work area, avoid strong airflow, change materials, and recalibrate the nozzle.

Reason: Ink jet data transmission and processing errors, loose or faulty data cables, and image processing issues.
