1. Try to control the temperature of the working environment of the UV printer between 20 and 30 degrees Celsius, and install air conditioning to control the temperature. This way, it is not easy to break the ink, and electrical components such as boards and cards are also not easily damaged due to high temperatures.

2. UV printers should be placed indoors in a cool, backlit, and ventilated area, avoiding high temperatures and direct sunlight.

3. Install a humidifier and control the humidity of the working environment of the UV printer to 40-60%, so that the nozzle is not easily blocked. It can also eliminate some static interference.

4. After the UV printer is turned on, it is necessary to print a test strip first to check if the nozzle is blocked. High temperature weather in summer can easily cause ink drying,.

5. UV printer is in standby mode. If it does not work for a long time, we should choose to power off and moisturize it as much as possible. Do not leave the machine in a state of long-term standby, as the temperature will rise.

6. In high temperature environments, we should pay attention to the safety of electricity usage. Do not connect too many devices to one socket. UV printers and computers can be equipped with a dedicated socket, and other electrical appliances can be equipped with separate sockets. Do not use the same socket as UV printers.
