Solutions to common printer issues

I believe everyone knows how to install and print. After connecting the device and installing the driver, the printer can work normally. However, if you encounter problems during use, you need to take corresponding measures to solve them.

 No ink output during printing

Symptom: When the printer is online or self checking, the print head may move, but the print cannot output ink.

Fault analysis: This situation occurs due to various reasons, including nozzle failure, cleaning unit failure, electroplating and circuit board failure, etc. However, this can be done after troubleshooting the nozzle failure.

First, use a pair of tweezers to open the upper cover of the printer, and then turn on the printer. The cleaning unit is as large as the left end of the printer, and there is a small square rubber black box cover cap on the cleaning unit. Its function is to seal the print head. If the print head is not sealed, the ink cannot be sucked out during the cleaning unit's cleaning of the print head, resulting in the inability to print ink.

First, check if the ink cartridge cap has fallen off. If it does, use tweezers to pick it up and install it vertically onto the ink suction port of the cleaning unit until its hook engages the ink suction port; If it is found that the ink cartridge cap is still on the ink suction port of the cleaning unit, but its position is not in a vertical direction but in an oblique or horizontal direction, use tweezers to place the ink cartridge cap in a vertical position; After this, please clean the ink cartridge several times before proceeding with normal printing operations
