Crystal label UV transfer sticker is a graphic or decorative process that uses a UV flat digital printer to spray white ink, varnish, and other materials layer by layer onto a crystal film containing a backing adhesive, followed by a transfer film. Finally, the film is used to lift the pattern and transfer it onto the surface of the product.

The crystal label can be easily attached and used with just one tear, which is convenient and fast, solving the problem of irregular shapes in spray printing. Crystal labels have obvious advantages over ordinary labels, with bright patterns, rich colors, strong three-dimensional sense, high glossiness, easy to pick up and separate during transfer printing, and no residual glue, making them a hot technology in the advertising customization industry.

The principle of crystal label printing: It prints the required graphics and text on special release materials, which are printed on a film A coated with glue using a UV printer, then covered with a transfer film B film. Finally, the pattern is fully lifted by applying the film and transferred to the surface of the product, which is a surface graphics and text production process.

Crystal label UV processing technology: Compared with screen printing and transfer printing processes, the advantage of UV printing is that it does not require plate making and can be printed out immediately. The process is simple and fast, filling the gap of irregular shapes in printer printing. The pattern is bright, colorful, has a strong sense of three dimensionality, high glossiness, and is easy to pick up and separate during transfer printing, without leaving any residue.
