Correct operating steps:
1. The UV printer should first be turned on to check whether the equipment is normal, then the nozzle should be cleaned and the printing test should be debugged.
2. Ensure that the printing test status is normal
3. We will import the prepared images, which are the ones that need to be printed, into the computer and use PS or CAD to simply process the size of the images we print, converting them to a matching format.
4. Clean the surface of the material that needs to be printed, and keep the material surface free from dirt. The method to remove dirt is to use a clean, lint free cloth to wipe the surface of the material. It should not be wiped back and forth to avoid scratching the surface of the material.
5. Then spray a layer of coating on the surface of the material. The surface of the material is smooth, and if the coating is not sprayed, the printed ink will be wiped off immediately. Therefore, it is necessary to spray a coating on the surface to increase the adhesion of the ink and make the image complete, clear, and beautiful.
6. When the above preparations are ready, printing can begin. After printing is completed, check the printer effect again. If there are any issues such as wire drawing or exposed white edges, check the problem and eliminate it before proceeding with batch printing
