Crystal label, also known as UV transfer sticker, is a graphic or decorative process that uses a UV flat digital printer to spray white ink, varnish, and other layers onto a crystal film containing a backing adhesive, followed by a transfer sticker. Finally, the sticker is used to lift the pattern and transfer it onto the surface of the product.
The crystal label can be easily attached and used upon tearing, which is convenient and fast, solving the problem of irregular shapes in spray printing. Crystal labels have obvious advantages over ordinary labels, with bright patterns, rich colors, strong three-dimensional sense, high glossiness, easy to pick up and separate during transfer printing, and no residual adhesive. They are a popular process in the advertising customization industry.
