In our daily lives, various types of labels can be seen everywhere, whether it's refrigerators, computers, or packaging boxes. With the development of technology and the improvement of living standards, people's aesthetic needs are becoming increasingly diverse. The "crystal label" printing process, which combines digital inkjet technology with traditional printing, has emerged as the times require. It can be applied to any material surface, presenting a unique visual effect on the product, effectively enhancing its added value.
At present, digital cold transfer printing is commonly used in the crystal label printing process. Firstly, the pattern is made into a mesh plate through screen printing, and a layer of glue is manually scraped on the release paper. Then, the release paper is placed on a UV printer to output a white colored oil effect and print the pattern. Finally, the printed product is printed on a laminated paper to complete the entire process.
